Minicart Portal works differently from a traditional admin dashboard. Most of your time is spent in conversation with your AI teammates, the same way you would chat with a real employee. This tour shows you how to get around.
Top tabs
Across the top you will see a home icon and an avatar for each of your AI teammates: Sloane, Penny, Logan, Milo and Clara. Clicking a teammate opens a conversation with them. Clicking Home takes you to your dashboard with recent sales stats.
You will not see every teammate right away. They show up as you need them. For example, Logan, your logistics teammate, appears once you start tracking inventory or receive your first sale. Sloane is always there since she is who helps you set up your store.
Left sidebar
Store switcher at the top. If you run more than one store you can switch between them here.
Visit storefront opens your live store in a new tab.
Dashboard jumps back to home.
Conversations shows every conversation you have had with your teammates.
Billing takes you to your subscription, payment method and invoices.
Recents lists your latest conversations so you can pick up where you left off.
Quick actions
Click a teammate's avatar at the top of any screen to open a small panel with their bio and their Quick actions. For example, Sloane's panel shows Products, Collections, Theme, Logo, Banner, Storefront details, Sharing and SEO, Policies, Links, Menus, Domain and Publish. Quick actions are useful for simple edits.
The better way: just ask
For almost anything you want to do, the fastest path is to say it in plain English to the right teammate. Some examples:
"Sloane, add a new product called 'Lavender Soap' for $8"
"Sloane, I'd like to import my Etsy store"
"Milo, draft an About Us page for me"
"Penny, show me this month's payouts"
"Clara, reply to the customer asking about shipping times"
Your teammates will draft, ask clarifying questions and show you what they are about to do. Nothing is saved without your approval.
