Manage your plan and billing

Update your Minicart plan, payment method and view invoices.

Your Minicart subscription is separate from the payment account you use to accept orders from your customers. Your subscription covers the Minicart service itself.

Where to find it

Click Billing in the left sidebar. You will see three sections:

  • Subscription β€” your current plan, with a button to view and change plans

  • Payment method β€” the card Minicart charges for your subscription

  • Invoices β€” a full history of your Minicart invoices, downloadable as PDFs

Change your plan

In the Subscription section, click View plans. Pick the one you want. Most changes take effect immediately:

  • Upgrades apply right away with prorated charges

  • Switching between paid plans applies right away with prorated charges

Two cases are handled differently:

  • Downgrading to the free plan does not take effect until the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan until then.

  • Switching from a yearly plan to a monthly plan also takes effect at the end of your current billing period, since you have already paid for the full year.

Update your payment method

In the Payment method section, add or update the card Minicart charges for your subscription. This is separate from how your customers pay you.

If you do not have an active subscription yet, the Payment method section will prompt you to subscribe first.

Invoices

Every invoice is listed in the Invoices section and can be downloaded as a PDF.

Cancel

Canceling is the same as downgrading to the free plan. Your paid features stay active until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription reverts to free.
