The Minicart Marketplace is an optional way to get your products in front of more customers. When you opt a product into the Marketplace, Minicart helps promote it to shoppers beyond your own storefront. You only pay a commission when a sale actually happens, and you can turn it off for any product at any time.

Open any product in Minicart Portal and look for the Allow automatic Marketplace sales toggle. Turn it on for products you want promoted. That is it, no application or review step.

Commission ranges from 3% to 15% per sale, depending on the product and how Minicart promoted it. The commission is only taken out when a sale is made. No sale, no fee. The commission is deducted automatically from the payout for that order, so there is nothing for you to track or reconcile.

Products that are public, in stock (if you track stock) and have good photos and descriptions perform best. Sloane flags listings that look thin so you can polish them before they are pushed out.

Flip the toggle off on any product and it will stop being promoted through the Marketplace. In-flight orders that were already placed finish normally.

The Marketplace is a good fit if you want more reach without running your own ads. If you would rather only sell through your own storefront, leave the toggle off. Nothing else about your store changes.
